<p><strong>Know your self.</strong> Take a look at your own skill level before opting for fitness program and assess your stamina and your strength level before choosing an exercise routine. Since over exercising can lead to serious injuries why not go to a physician for a physical exam? Get the clearance before you go ahead with your regular workout routine!</p>
<p><strong>Love your exercise type.</strong> Even the most effective forms of exercise fail to yield the desired result if you hate doing them. Join a swim club right away if you love swimming, or else invest in a stationary bike for rainy days if u like riding your bike. It is always easier to stick the exercise you love.<br />

Diet is Important</strong>. Develop a fitness program that is varied and make a Combo Plan. It will help you to tone and build your muscles and burn fat and calories fast. </p>
